Join the Grand Rapids, Mi Chapter of Still I Run: Runners for Mental Health for a supportive and empowering group run/walk where movement meets mental health.Whether you are new to running, rediscovering your pace, or just looking for connection - you are welcome here.
What to Expect:
- A relaxed, no-pressure run or walk.

- A chance to connect with others who care about mental health.
- Movement that supports your mind and body.
Runs are the second and fourth Thursday of every month!
Meet on the North side across from the Veteran's home.
Riverside Park has a paved path that is 3.14 miles total.
Still I Run is a national nonprofit that uses running as a tool to break the stigma around mental health. Our Grand Rapids Chapter meets regularly to move together and support one another in a safe, welcoming space.
