Join us for a restorative day of movement, creativity & mindful making. For Midwives & Maternity Healthcare Professionals only.
About this Event

This January to take a moment for yourself with a nurturing day designed to support your wellbeing as a midwife or maternity healthcare professional.*

Programme

10:00 - Arrival

10:15 - 11:00 - Yoga Wake-Up

Release tension and energise the body.

11:00–13:00 - Creative Writing Workshop

With award-winning poet Courtney Conrad

13:00–14:00 - Lunch & Optional Walk

14:00–16:00 - Printing Workshop

With artist Harriet Hall

No art experience necessary.
Work created can be used as part of NMC revalidation.
Free nourishing lunch plus tea, coffee.

Tickets are £15, which helps us hold the day with comfort and care.

We’ve held a handful of free spots for anyone who might need them - no explanation needed, just let us know.
