The Sticklebricks are a professional covers band who have been performing live since summer 2003 in and around Yorkshire. We are a four piece band, each playing musical instruments mostly made from various types of wood, bought and paid for at musical outlets throughout the UK. With the aid of electricity, cables, big speakers assembled on and around a staged area and a combined will to sound as good as we possibly can, we set out to entertain you by covering a brilliant selection of songs for your listening pleasure. Influenced by a variety of musical backgrounds and pedigrees our sound can only be described in two words, 'really good'. We are perfect for private functions / parties / Pubs / Clubs & even festivals, currently leaving audiences salivating for more and aching on their dancing feet, at all good music venues near you.
The band is all about having fun. We are a no egos band! We don't believe we are better then everyone else. There are a lot of great local bands out there. We are familiar with most of the other local bands, and we have played with each other at one point or another. We are all doing it for the same reason, our love of great music.
The covered songs include;
Amy Winehouse, Killers, Rolling Stones, and many, many more!
