Stibbard Chiro & Sonata Music Class
Come spend a morning just for you and your little one. This special Halloween-themed class is a mix of gentle postpartum rehab and a sweet, interactive music session for your baby.
Stibbard Chiro will lead you through safe, supportive movement to help you reconnect with your body and build strength after baby. Then we’ll move into a Sonata Music Adventures class where you and your baby can sing, move, and play together.
Every mama will receive an egg shaker and a theraband to use in class and take home.
It’s a chance to feel good, meet other new moms, and enjoy some really special one-on-one time with your baby.
About Dr. Rachel Stibbard
Dr. Rachel Stibbard is a chiropractor passionate about supporting women and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and childhood. She helps moms move, heal, and regain strength after birth, while caring for babies and children at every stage of development.
Beyond one-on-one care, she leads postpartum rehab classes focused on restoring core and pelvic floor strength, improving function, and promoting lasting wellness so women can feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies
