Join Be Dating Beautiful at Boom Battle Bar Stevenage on Friday 9 October for a singles games night featuring axe throwing, darts and shuffleboard.
This is a fun, activity-led alternative to speed dating, designed to help you meet other local singles naturally while enjoying a brilliant night out.
🎯 A singles night with a difference
Forget sitting opposite someone and trying to think of your next question.
Instead, you'll have three fun activities to get involved in, giving you an instant conversation starter and plenty of opportunities to meet different people.
You'll play:
🪓 Axe Throwing – take on the iconic axe lanes and see who can hit the target.
🎯 Darts – enjoy classic darts with Boom Battle Bar's interactive technology and different game modes.
🏆 Shuffleboard – compete on Scandinavian-inspired Canadian Sugar Maple boards.
You'll play all three games during the evening, with each session lasting approximately 30 minutes.
After the games, we'll finish with time to relax, grab a drink and mingle at the bar.
🕐 How the evening works
You'll have a 15-minute arrival window based on your age group. This gives you time to check in, grab a drink and get started with your first activity.
50s – arrive at 7:15pm
40s – arrive at 7:30pm
30s – arrive at 7:45pm
You'll then rotate through three different games before the final opportunity to mingle.

Axe throwing: For safety, no alcohol can be consumed before or during the axe-throwing experience. Closed-toe shoes are required. No heels or sandals.
Shuffleboard: The shuffleboard dust contains small traces of nuts.
