https://red123music.com/
RED123, helmed by New Jersey guitarist Stephen Bryant, is America’s premier tribute to the extraordinary genre-defying music and artistry of Pat Metheny—one of the most influential and innovative guitarists and composers of our time. Stephen’s deep, abiding love and respect for Metheny’s unparalleled body of work led to this project…
Metheny's style incorporates progressive and contemporary jazz, Latin jazz, jazz fusion and chamber jazz. His compositions often integrate rock rhythms, Americana textures, and world music elements, making his work accessible to listeners outside the jazz world.
This dynamic live performance celebrates the many sides of Metheny’s musical world, from the lyrical beauty and unforgettable melodies of his early work to the adventurous jazz, fusion, and world-music influences that have defined his remarkable career.
Performed by RED123’s seasoned ensemble of musicians, the show captures the depth, freedom, emotion, and unmistakable sound that have made Metheny’s music so enduring.
Stephen Bryant is an accomplished guitarist, composer, and educator known for his innovative jazz and rock fusion work along with his Pat Metheny tribute project under the name RED123. His music blends disciplined technique with free-spirited expression, drawing from both structured jazz traditions and the improvisational spirit of rock.
