Steps to Wellbeing
Feeling a bit stuck or low? You’re not alone, and you’re very welcome to join us on a slow walk. A breath of fresh air. A chance to feel a little lighter.
Our **free gentle creative walks** are a chance to get outside, meet others, and take part in simple, creative activities at your own pace. There’s no pressure to talk or perform, just come as you are.
We provide everything you’ll need, including materials and light refreshments.

What to expect once you've signed up:
Once you've signed up we'll contact you closer to the time to remind you of all the information so you're feeling ready to join us.
We'll also be sending you a form to find out about any pre-existing health conditions. Anything you tell us will remain private and is just for us to be able to risk assess our walks appropriately. Anything you tell us will not prevent you from being able to join us.
