✨️Stepping Into Light ✨️A Ceremonial Cacao & Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey

Stepping Into Light is an invitation to create space for yourself. To step away from the pace and noise of everyday life, reconnect with your body, and listen to what is present within you.
Over 2.5 hours, we’ll journey with ceremonial cacao and Conscious Connected Breathwork, creating an intentional space for connection, presence and exploration.
We’ll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao together, taking time to arrive, connect with the senses and set an intention for the journey ahead. From there, Tash will guide you into a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, using a continuous, intentional breath to move beyond the thinking mind and deepen your connection with the body.
The breath can meet each of us differently. It may bring energy, emotion, clarity, release, stillness or simply a deeper awareness of what is already there. There is no expectation for a particular experience and nothing you need to achieve.
Stepping Into Light is about making space for all of it, meeting yourself with curiosity and compassion, and perhaps leaving with a little more clarity, connection and lightness than you arrived with.
We’ll close with time for gentle integration, reflection and connection.
No previous experience with cacao or breathwork is needed. Simply come as you are.
