About this Event
What if you gave yourself two hours to pause, breathe, create, and reconnect?
Join us for Steeped in Stillness, an intimate afternoon blending the calming experience of sound with the art and enjoyment of herbal tea.
Begin with a 45-minute restorative sound bath led by Leslie Henderson of LesHeal, creating space to slow down, settle in, and simply be present.
Then, get hands-on with Master Herbalist Debbie as you explore a beautiful selection of herbs and botanicals, learn about their traditional uses and unique flavor profiles, and create 3 personalized loose-leaf tea blends to take home. Your experience also includes a customized tea mug + more goodies!
We'll also enjoy a guided tea tasting, giving you the opportunity to sample different herbal combinations and discover which flavors, aromas, and blends you love most.
Whether you're already passionate about herbal teas or simply curious to learn something new, this experience is an opportunity to slow down, get creative, and savor the moment.
