If you're already dreading the shift in seasons, please know that it doesn't have to be that way. The darker evenings, the drop in energy, the struggle to get motivated, that feeling of just wanting to hibernate until spring…
If you know this time of year can be difficult for you, I want you to know that there are things you can do to support yourself through it.
I've run my Staying Well Through Winter programme online over the last few years, with lovely results for people who typically find the darker months challenging.
And this year, I thought… how much more impactful could it be to bring it into a shared space, where we can learn, reflect and connect in community?
So, I'm bringing it to Synchronicity Wellbeing's beautiful space on Orby Drive, East Belfast, for four nourishing Wednesday evenings.
We'll explore what wellbeing really looks like for you, discover the things that help you feel grounded and supported, and create your own personalised Winter Wellbeing Toolkit — full of practical tools you can turn to when life feels a bit much.
There'll be meditation, journaling, reflection, connection… and a warm cup of cacao, of course.
The aim isn't to become a person who never struggles. It's to understand yourself a little better and have more ways to support yourself when you do.
And dare I say it… maybe even enjoy cosy season this year!
 Wednesdays 4th – 25th November
 7–9pm
Synchronicity Wellbeing, Orby Drive, East Belfast
 £60 for all four sessions
Each week builds on the last, so this is a four-week journey rather than individual drop-in sessions.
If you'd love to head into winter feeling a little more prepared, supported and connected to yourself, I'd love to welcome you.
