Ticket Refunds & Event Rescheduling
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged if you are unable to attend the event for any reason.
Artist / DJ Changes
All advertised artists and DJs are subject to change. A change to the advertised line-up will not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
Event Rescheduling
In the event that an event needs to be rescheduled due to circumstances relating to an artist or DJ, including illness, travel disruption, cancellation or circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, Day Disco reserves the right to reschedule the event.
Where the event is rescheduled to a new date within 90 days of the original event date, all tickets purchased for the original date will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled event.
Tickets will not be refunded solely because the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled date, subject always to the ticket holder’s statutory rights.
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled in full and no rescheduled date is offered, ticket holders will be contacted regarding the options available to them in accordance with applicable law.
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
