Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust are delighted to invite colleagues to our joint Stay & Thrive Event during Black History Month 2026, taking place at The Guildhall, Gloucester on Wednesday 21 October 2026 from 09:00 am.
You are invited to join this free event to celebrate the rich diversity of our workforce and community, learn from different cultures and experiences, and explore how we can create workplaces where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive.
Everyone is welcome to attend from all ethnic backgrounds. Black History Month is an opportunity for us all to come together to celebrate cultures, recognise contributions, build understanding and strengthen connections across our organisations.
Celebrate Who You Are
Our aim is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where colleagues can proudly share, celebrate and learn about the cultures, traditions and experiences that make our NHS community so vibrant.
Attendees are warmly invited to wear something that represents them and their authentic self. This could include:
