Stax of Soul bring the deep grooves and raw emotion of classic soul to Empire Rochdale, drawing from the golden era of Stax, Motown and funk-driven R&B.
Expect timeless tracks like Respect, Soul Man, Dock of the Bay, I Can’t Turn You Loose, Mustang Sally, I Heard It Through the Grapevine, Signed, Sealed, Delivered, Ain’t No Mountain High Enough and Knock on Wood, all delivered with tight rhythms and powerful vocals.
