Stakeholders are invited to provide feedback on what skills you believe students should have upon graduation when applying for an entry-level position. We will discuss current criticisms and ways to support academic programs in bridging gaps between skills taught at the college/university level and employer expectations.
The workshop will be hosted and moderated by Dr. Gale Blackmer (State Geologist and Director, PAGS), Dr. Martin Helmke (Secretary, ASBOG; Professor, West Chester University), and Michele Johnston, PG (President, PCPG; Geoscience Supervisor, PAGS). Lunch will be provided.
