Mike Smallegan

Mike has extensive experience in the West Michigan residential real estate market, with more than 2,000 homes sold over his career. His team ranked first in its local MLS in 2025, and he also administers the Grand Rapids Informed online community.
Jason Lash
Team Lead and Associate Broker, The Lash Group – Epique Realty
Jason is a West Michigan real estate professional with more than a decade of experience working with homebuyers, sellers, and real estate investors. A Kentwood native, he brings deep knowledge of the local market and extensive experience evaluating opportunities and navigating residential transactions.
His work with clients ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors gives him a broad view of buyer and seller activity, investment demand, and the market conditions affecting real estate decisions throughout West Michigan.
