## **About This Event**Please join us for the 2026 State Association Managers and Presidents Meeting, November 10–11, 2026, at the International Bowling Campus in Arlington, Texas.
This two-day meeting will provide opportunities for education, discussion, and networking with fellow state association leaders. Attendees will reflect on the successes and challenges they have experienced during the past year and share what has worked well for their associations.
We are also pleased to welcome guest educator Justine Froelker, who will lead two sessions from her *Courage is Built Here™* curriculum. Her sessions will focus on self-awareness, well-being, resilience, trust, and courageous conversations.
**Meeting and Travel Information**
USBC will cover the significant expenses associated with attending the meeting, including airfare or mileage, hotel accommodations, and scheduled meals. Lunch will be provided both days, along with dinner on Tuesday.
USBC will arrange flights and hotel accommodations and provide confirmation information to each attendee. When registering, please provide your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, closest airport, and known traveler number, if applicable.
Mileage will be reimbursed to the driver at $0.30 per mile following the event. Reimbursement will be based on the round-trip distance between the attendee’s home address and the International Bowling Campus, up to 1,000 miles.

- *Courage is Built Here™* sessions with Justine Froelker
- Lunch and Q&A with Chad Murphy
- 40-Frame Game at the ITRC on Tuesday evening
House balls and shoes will be available for the 40-Frame Game, but attendees are welcome to bring their own bowling equipment.
**Eligibility**
State association presidents and association managers are invited to attend. If either leader is nearing the end of their term or is unable to travel or attend comfortably, another engaged association officer may register in their place.
Each representative must register individually.
Please wear your association shirt on Wednesday for group and association photographs.
