We have plenty of people building exciting things in the suburbs, we just can't always find them! Let's strengthen our local startups through connection, community and skill-building in real time.
Meet other builders, learn from someone who's doing it, work through problems together, and leave yourself a few hours to actually build. We're looking for founders and cofounders actively building, launching or growing a startup. Most members will be somewhere between MVP development and the first few years after launch. Tech and tech-enabled companies are the primary focus, but startups in other categories are welcome.
Meetup starts at 9:30 and ends at 11am. Your ticket includes open coworking until 5pm that day. Complimentary coffee, tea, and sparkling water available. Plenty of nearby restaurants if you want to pop out for lunch.
Two Dayhouse Housemates will facilitate from the perspective of founders.

After 34 years in higher education, she spent the last decade as the owner of a personal training fitness studio.Her experiences inspired Kathy to create The Gather & Grow Collective, a trusted space where business owners and professionals can openly discuss the challenges that keep them up at night—from attracting high-value clients and creating consistent income to working more strategically and efficiently. Businesses grow, and trusted relationships are created to provide opportunities and ongoing support.
Meet Craig of Screen Hugs:
Craig has over 25 years in software development, healthcare technology, and digital transformation. He's the founder of Curiosity Power Labs, where he's growing ScreenHugs, a family-first platform that supports human connection and early childhood literacy. Building a startup has expanded his experience beyond enterprise technology into product strategy, customer discovery, UX, go-to-market, and bringing a consumer product to market.
