Starting solids may seem straightforward, but with so much conflicting information and methods it quickly becomes overwhelming. Join us for infant choking and respiratory response taught by a certified CPR provider followed by a hands on starting solid class taught by certified speech and feeding therapist and lactation counselor, Jaime Perez. Day 1 (Nov 3rd) cover choking and the basics of starting solids with Day 2 (Nov 10) providing hands on feeding exploration with your baby and support with progressing foods well beyond purées.
This class is for infants 5-12 months and their parents.
