How to create deeper intimate connections to yourself and others. For more fun, pleasure and embodiment in your live and relationships.With intentional, clear and practical exercises you will experiences what tantra can bring for you. We will guide you step by step in a tantric way of connecting to yourself, and from there to others.
The worksop is developed with your integrity in mind, and will support you in always choosing what you want in the moment.
Tantra can give a deeper connection to yourself, to your spirituality in whatever meaning that has to you, and to others. We will use the original Taoistic Tantra practises over the Westernised Tantra sex practises. Taoistic Tantra will have an impact in your whole life, including your sex life.
I will host the workshop together with Annet, a seasoned drama-therapist. We will create a safe space where you will find the tools and freedom to explore with fun and inspiration.
The workshop is from 1300h till 1600h at de Roos in Amsterdam.
