About this Event

Synopsis

Explore how to move from curiosity to action in entrepreneurship - whether you are still looking for an idea, already shaping one, or interested in working with an early-stage business.

Starting a business can feel exciting but also unclear. Where do good ideas come from? How do you tell whether an idea is worth pursuing? What support is available in Aberdeen and across Scotland to help you get started, grow, and access funding? And if you are not ready to start a business yourself, how do you connect with founders in start-up companies and understand what they are looking for in people?

Join us for an evening of practical insight, founder perspectives, and early-stage support routes. Through short case studies, speaker contributions and discussion, we will look at how ideas are formed, how they are tested, where to go for support, and what the journey from concept to growth can really look like.

Whether you are exploring entrepreneurship for the first time or looking for your place in a start-up journey, this session is designed to help you take the next step.
