A night of loud laughs, sharp jokes, and absolutely no idea what Lauren Dufault is going to say next. Heck yeah, let's f*cking go.About this Event
This October, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, I’m proud to partner with CASA of St. Petersburg, a local nonprofit that provides critical resources and support to survivors of domestic violence. A portion of the proceeds from this show will go directly toward supporting their work and helping survivors access the resources they need. At our last fundraiser, we raised $600, and I’d love to see if we can do it again! Come out for a night of comedy that gives back to our community. Your ticket supports live comedy and makes a difference in the lives of survivors.

After years of overthinking, overperforming, and trying to prove herself, Lauren is stepping onstage with one goal: go for it.
Heck Yeah, LFG is a high-energy, unfiltered stand-up comedy show about sobriety, dating, family, mental health, fitness, cats, and the beautifully chaotic process of figuring out what the hell you actually want out of life.
Expect big physical comedy, sharp observations, ridiculous stories, and the somewhat unhinged version of Lauren that comes out when she stops giving a shit about looking cool.
This isn't a show about having everything figured out.
It's about being here, having fun, and saying heck yeah, let's go.
