Heck Yeah, LFG is a high-energy, unfiltered stand-up comedy show about sobriety, dating, family, mental health, fitness, cats, and the beautifully chaotic process of figuring out what the hell you actually want out of life.
Expect big physical comedy, sharp observations, ridiculous stories, and the somewhat unhinged version of Lauren that comes out when she stops giving a shit about looking cool.
This isn't a show about having everything figured out.

Lauren Dufault is a stand-up comedian and actor known for her bold voice, quick wit, and high-energy stage presence. Blending sharp storytelling with physical comedy, her performances are unapologetically real, playful, and impossible to ignore.
Lauren has performed at festivals including FOCO FX Festival and Longmont Laughfest, hosted Denver Oktoberfest, and shared the stage with Jessica Kirson, Samuel Comroe, Steven Ho, Jack Assadourian Jr., Ed Bassmaster, Guy Torry, Pablo Francisco, and Bob Saget. She was also named a finalist in Best of Tampa Bay for Stand Up Comedy.
A former Division 1 swimmer turned performer, Lauren brings intensity, physicality, and just enough chaos to every performance. Her acting credits include HBO’s Florida Man and commercial work.
