About this Event

Welcome to Stand-up Comedy at the Australian National Hotel in Woolloongabba and this month its DARK and DIRTY jokes night where comedians will be doing edgy, risque, dirty and wrong jokes

Please be warned, this show is NOT for the politically correct or sensitive

Your headline act is James O'Connell. With his cheeky take on dating, relationships and society, James has performed in pubs and clubs across Australia for the last 16 years. Originally from Brisbane, he recently moved back up to QLD after a 6 year stint in Sydney. He's done regional tours in North QLD, Western QLD and Northern NSW as well as shows in Brisbane and regional areas not far from Brisbane such as Peak Crossing, Beaudesert, Harrisville, Forest Hill, Chinchilla, Millmerran and Warwick

Also featuring Liam Daley and Andrew Biggs

Liam Daley is an eccentric (possibly neurodivergent) comedian with a unique observational perspective. Liam’s unapologetically candid humour, witty punch lines and down-to-earth charm brings a fresh and insightful spin to everyday life.

Andrew Biggs is a baby in comedy terms, but he's burst onto the scene with the bravery that very few comedians have. He pushes the limits and entertains crowds whilst stirring them and shocking them at the same time. Andrew may not be everyone's cup of tea, but he certainly promises to be memorable and is quickly honing his craft on the Brisbane comedy scene

Your mc for the night is Jak Jakovic. After only a few years on the comedy scene, he's becoming a favourite with Brisbane and regional audiences with his relatable routine about being a single man and grievances he has with the world. His endearing, friendly demeanor sees audiences warm to him very quickly. Jak has performed in places such as Mount Morgan, Roma, Nanango, Chinchilla, Gayndah, Guyra, Goondiwindi and Warwick
