Building on foundational practices, this deeper session invites you to explore the progression more fully. We move from awareness of thought, to the sensation of the breath, into a global third-eye meditative awareness, and ultimately, if the conditions allow, toward Turiya consciousness.
Rather than remaining with a single technique, the Meditation Stairway offers a sequential deepening into progressively subtler states of meditation, allowing each stage to become a doorway into the next.
𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲
Jeff Thomlinson is an accredited professional yoga teacher and yoga therapist who has been teaching yoga since 1991. He was formerly the co-owner and director of Trinity Yoga Center and Tandava Yoga in Kelowna, BC, where he served the community for many years.
Jeff brings a rich, lived experience to his teaching, integrating yoga, breathwork, meditation, self-inquiry, and therapeutic practices. He is the creator of The FreeBack Program, a yoga therapy-based back wellness program, and serves as a content developer and program facilitator for Take a Breath for Change, a program that has supported communities since 2012.
Deeply influenced by the Kripalu tradition and years of spiritual study and practice, Jeff’s approach is rooted in compassion, awareness, self-care, and the understanding that yoga is much more than physical movement. Jeff credits many teachers and practices that have informed, infused, and inspired him throughout his journey, each contributing to the depth and perspective he brings to his teaching.
