Join us for a fun, beginner friendly workshop where you will cut and grind stained glass to fit into a beautifully pre-cut wooden moon frame. This class focuses on precision glass inlay, allowing you to create a finished piece without working with solder or flux. Just show up ready to learn and create!
In this class, you will learn:
● Glass lab safety
● How to select glass for color and light
● How to safely cut and grind glass using studio tools
● How to achieve a clean, precise fit inside a pre-cut wooden frame
● How to personalize and finish your project
*Please note: This class does not include soldering. Instead of copper foil and solder, you will use a pre-cut wooden frame designed to hold your glass securely in place. This is a simplified stained glass method that focuses on cutting, grinding, and precise fitting. If you are interested in learning traditional stained glass techniques that include soldering, please explore the wonderful stained glass classes taught by Kenna.
