Cabernet Sauvignon at the Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Dinner in The Paris Room at The Equestrian Hotel.The evening begins with a reception featuring hors d’oeuvres before unfolding over five thoughtfully paired courses. Guided by Notaro, guests will experience four exceptional vintages of S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon: 2008, 2013, 2016 and 2021. Discover how different growing seasons and years of aging bring new dimensions to the celebrated Cabernet that made history at the 1976 Judgment of Paris.
This intimate dining experience is offered at $275 per person for guests 21 years and older. Reservations are prepaid in full at the time of booking. A 2% OpenTable service fee, 20% gratuity and applicable taxes are additional.
