About this Event
Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop in collaboration with Zack Repko of LESCSS.
What better way to embrace the colder months than to plant and stage Winter Growers?!
Similar to our last summer edition, we’re leading a hands-on workshop where design and plant care are the focus and questions from the participants are expected.
We’ll be working with mostly winter growers from South Africa, with some bibs & bobs mixed in. That means there will be mesembs, stem succulents and an array of cute miniatures.
Participants will begin by choosing from a curated selection of rare plants and hand-thrown stoneware pots, made specially for this event; think more bonsai style shallow containers. Each pot & plant is chosen for their unique character and form.
Next, we’ll guide you through the process of building a harmonious environment for your plant, considering texture, proportion, and overall aesthetic.
All of this is included:
- Hand-Thrown Stoneware Pot
- Rare Plant
- Habitat Minerals
- Top Dressing
Leave with a new lifeform, along with the knowledge and inspiration to continue growing with intention at home.
