Info: Hosted by myself Emma - Someone who has really struggled to overcome stage fright - Week one will be focussed around 'getting to know you' talking about your experiences, listening to others experiences, establishing your goals, talking about your biggest fears in a safe space, recognising them and creating a plan. Understanding what Stage Fright means to YOU, learning from others in the group and re-setting your expectations. Each week we will review your progress, and by the end of the course you will have a clear plan and an understanding of how you can achieve what you want. There will be 6 seasons in total and we do offer 121 sessions also.
