St. Rita Harvest Festival is Coming to Vail! 🍂Hi neighbors! We’re getting ready for this year’s Harvest Festival at St. Rita in the Desert, and we’re working to create a fun, family-friendly community event right here in Vail.
📅 Friday, October 23 | 4–10 PM
📅 Saturday, October 24 | 2–10 PM
We’re planning for 1,500+ guests over the two-day festival, with food, local vendors, entertainment, children’s activities, our Harvest Market, Beer Garden, Vineyard Retreat, Glow Garden and more.
Right now, we’re especially looking for three things:
🛍️ LOCAL VENDORS
Artists, makers, crafters, small businesses and other local vendors who would like to participate in our festival marketplace.
🚚 FOOD TRUCKS
We’re building our Feast Street lineup and looking for a great variety of food trucks, desserts, coffee and specialty beverages. We’re intentionally limiting similar food categories so participating trucks have a chance to do well.
🙋 VOLUNTEERS
You don't have to be a St. Rita parishioner to lend a hand! Whether you can give a couple of hours or want to join one of our Festival Experience Teams, we'd love to have you.
