Required items:
- reusable water bottle
- footwear suitable for water activities (river shoes, sandals with backstrap, old sneakers, etc.)
- weather appropriate clothing (don't forget a hat or sunglasses for sun protection!)
- liability waiver
Suggested items:
- sunscreen and bug spray
- small backpack or tote bag for personal items
