There are some traditions we study.
And there are some traditions we are called to carry.
I am Tiffany Wara, an Ancient Irish High Priestess and Alchemist to Remembering.
My path has brought me into relationship with the ancient Irish traditions of Brigid, and I have had the honor of sitting with the Brigiden nuns and spending time with the living tradition of the flame.
For me, Brigid is not simply a figure from history.
She represents the sacred flame that lives within us—the flame of healing, creativity, courage, sovereignty, inspiration, protection and becoming.
And this day is an invitation to remember your own flame.

On St. Brigid’s Eve, we will gather for a full day of ceremony, creation, movement and remembrance.
We will learn about Brigid and the traditions surrounding her.
We will journey with St. Brigid, carrying her flame into the womb space and listening for what is ready to be illuminated within us.
We will create Brigid’s Crosses.
We will create Brigid’s blessing sticks, honoring each piece of fabric as an offering of prayer and blessing—tokens that can later be offered to someone who needs love, guidance, protection or hope.
We will move our bodies through Warrior Goddess Yoga, embodying strength, courage and feminine power.
We will sit with what the winter has taught us.
We will release what is no longer ours to carry.
We will create vision boards for the seeds that are ready to come into fruition.
And then we will gather around Brigids Flame .
This is the part of the day I hold especially close to my heart.
Because the flame is not something we simply look at.
We carry it.
Each person will be invited to connect with the flame within themselves—the part that has survived, the part that still dreams, the part that refuses to go out.
And when we share a flame, it does not become smaller.
It multiplies.
We will close our day through ecstatic dance and a sound journey, allowing the body to move, release and receive.
A light, healthy nourishment offering will be provided.
Each participant will also be invited to bring a small offering made from the heart for us to enjoy together at lunch—a tea, dessert, snack or nourishing food to share.
This is not about perfection.
It is about presence.
It is about remembering.
It is about tending the sacred fire within you.
And perhaps most importantly…
It is about asking yourself:
What flame within me am I no longer willing to abandon?
