🍏 WHY SRES®?
The 50+ market isn't simply about age.
It's about understanding the different conversations that can come with different stages of life.
A client may be:
Downsizing.
Relocating.
Buying again.
Aging in place.
Involving family in the decision.
Navigating unfamiliar financial considerations.
The question isn't whether you can work with a 50+ client.
It's whether you're prepared to ask the right questions and understand the considerations that may shape their real estate decisions.
