Sprint Pro ⚡️
Sprint Pro is an advanced small-group sprint training session designed for runners ready to take their speed to the next level. With a focus on longer sprint distances of 60–100m, this session is about learning how to reach top speed, hold it for longer, and maintain strong mechanics as intensity and distance increase.
Limited to just 12 participants, Sprint Pro allows for more dialled-in coaching, refined technical cues, and individualized feedback. Expect higher-intensity efforts, longer recovery periods, and more attention to the details that can make you a faster, more efficient runner.

- Tuesdays at 6:00–7:15 PM
- Limited to 12 spots
- Outdoor training session
- Please bring water and wear appropriate running footwear
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early and ready to train
