📍 PICKUP LOCATIONS & PRICES
🚌 Rochester — $159 per person
🚌 Liverpool — $135 per person
🚌 New Hartford — $115 per person
⚠️ IMPORTANT: We must have a minimum of 10 passengers from each pickup location for that stop to be offered. If a location does not reach 10 passengers, that pickup location may be canceled.
💵 An additional $5 processing fee per person, per transaction applies.
🏙️ You will have approximately 8.5–9 hours of free time in NYC, depending on traffic and the final itinerary.
This is an ON YOUR OWN trip, meaning you are responsible for planning your own activities, purchasing any attraction or show tickets, navigating the city, and returning to the designated bus meeting location on time.

💡 PLANNING TIP: NYC is HUGE! Pick a few activities in the same area rather than trying to see everything in one day. Broadway shows, the Bronx Zoo, and trips to the Bronx require additional planning and travel time.

💰 PRICING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
🚌 Rochester: $159 per person
🚌 Liverpool: $135 per person
🚌 New Hartford: $115 per person
➕ Processing fee: $5 per person, per transaction.
💳 Seat deposit: $25 per person.
⚠️ Seat deposits are NONREFUNDABLE.
The remaining balance is due two weeks from the date you make your deposit.
Every person riding the bus must have a paid seat. There are no lap children.
💺 There are NO assigned seats. Please arrive early if you want your party to sit together.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all applicable policies below.
🪑 SEATING
Mandi Lynn Events reserves the right to move guests as needed so minor children may sit with an adult in their party.
The seat you ride to NYC in will be the seat you ride back in.
🚫 BUS RULES
🍹 ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR GLASS CONTAINERS.
🥤 Snacks and drinks are welcome, but no glass containers are permitted.
❌ No alcohol
❌ No vaping
❌ No recreational drugs
Guests who violate these rules may be removed from the bus, and the bus company may contact authorities in accordance with our contract.

🚌 THE BUS
This is a luxury motor coach chartered through Hale Transportation.
Typical amenities include:

🚻 Bathroom
Most buses typically have Wi-Fi and electrical outlets; however, these amenities are not guaranteed.
There are 54 seats available, and all ages are welcome.
Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

💵 DRIVER GRATUITY
A $5 per person driver gratuity will be collected after the first rest stop.
This is $5 per person, not per party.
Please bring cash. You may also pay this up to two weeks before the trip.

🎟️ TICKETS & TRANSFERS
‼️ DO NOT transfer, sell, or give your ticket to someone else without notifying Mandi Lynn Events FIRST.
The person who purchased the ticket will be listed on the Master List. Your name on the Master List, along with your confirmation message from Mandi Lynn Events, will be used to board the bus.
If you can no longer attend, you may sell or transfer your seat only after notifying Mandi Lynn Events.

🧳 LUGGAGE & BELONGINGS
You may store belongings underneath the bus while you’re exploring NYC.
Please note that items stored underneath the bus will not be accessible during the day.
The bus will be locked while we’re in NYC; however, Mandi Lynn Events is not responsible for belongings left on the bus.
Please do not leave valuables on the bus.

⏰ PLEASE BE ON TIME!
All times are approximate due to traffic and other travel conditions.
‼️ PLEASE ARRIVE AT YOUR DESIGNATED PICKUP LOCATION AT LEAST 15 MINUTES EARLY.
The bus may leave without guests who are not at the designated pickup location on time. Please do not assume the bus will wait.
Return meeting instructions and times will be provided before the trip.

🌦️ WEATHER POLICY
This bus trip will travel in rain or other weather conditions when it is safe to do so.
We will only cancel the trip if the bus company cancels due to a weather advisory or unsafe travel conditions.
If the bus company cancels the trip due to weather, we will communicate the rescheduling or applicable refund arrangements.

Mandi Lynn Events assumes no responsibility for the actions, delays, cancellations, or other circumstances involving the bus company used for transportation.
🚨 ALL SEAT DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Payments are subject to the event’s cancellation and refund policies.
If you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, you may choose to sell or transfer your seat to another person, but Mandi Lynn Events must be notified first.
If the trip is canceled because the required passenger count is not reached, the refund policy outlined below will apply.
Mandi Lynn Events also reserves the right to remove guests who are unruly, disruptive, or violate the rules of the trip.

🥶🥵 BUS TEMPERATURE
The temperature on the bus can fluctuate throughout the trip.
I recommend dressing in layers and bringing a blanket.
In my experience, the front of the bus tends to be colder than the back.

🚨 IMPORTANT: MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
We must sell a certain number of seats for the trip to officially GO.
Each pickup location requires a minimum of 10 passengers.
I will post updates as we get closer to the trip date.
If the trip is canceled because we do not reach the required passenger count, 100% of the ticket cost paid will be refunded. Refunds will be issued approximately two weeks from the trip date, possibly sooner.
⚠️ I HIGHLY recommend waiting until the trip is officially confirmed before purchasing any Broadway tickets, attraction tickets, reservations, or other nonrefundable activities.
