Activities
- Wandering Flow Restoration and reconnection - through mindful wandering in the woods. This grounding practice supports nervous system regulation, presence, and renewal.
- Bushcraft Skills – Survive & Revive, gather around the fire pit to learn practical bushcraft skills, including fire lighting and natural cordage — building confidence, connection, and ancestral know-how.
- Nasya’s Breath Relaxing Workshop Nature - based meditation, forest bathing, and guided breath practices in a space where you are invited to be present, supported, and deeply heard.
- Myth, Movement, Meditation - An immersive journey to the inner self, weaving traditional storytelling with embodied awareness. Through somatic movement, reflective discussion and grounding meditation we find yoga for the imagination- harmonising mind , body and soul .
- Cacao Ceremony - a heart centred ritual to connect with self, slow down and set intentions. Ceremonial grade cacao will be prepared and enjoyed alongside a guided meditation to relax us and close our day
- Yoga - gentle Hatha yoga , breath work and a Yoga Nidra. This session is suitable for everyone
