Join us for a series of sounds in the woods for the different seasons.We have just completed Autumn so you can now book for spring.
The day will take place in a weatherproof bell tent nestled in Woodland.
Myself (Huda) & Satpal will be hosting a day of Sound Healing, Tai Chi, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.

The aim of the day is to wake up after a long winter and start the season with some uplifting energy.
Spring invites us to breathe deeply, stretch gently into the light and reconnect with nature’s rhythm of renewal. Expect a day that mirrors the season’s spirit fresh, vibrant, and full of possibility.

The day will start with a sound mediation in the woodland. It will also include a Kundalini yoga class with Satpal, a deeply relaxing soundbath with Huda, Tai-Chi with Satpal, a mindful walk in the nature reserve with some activities along the way and time to meet like minded people and relax.
Yoga is for all levels, we encourage beginners
Bring your own lunch. I will provide yogi herbal teas and snacks so bring a reusable cup and water bottle with you on the day. There is a bistro on site too but you would have to speak to them direct if pre booking is required.
Parking on site is available
This is suitable for all but sound baths are not recommended for people with epilepsy or pregnancy.
