This immersive spring session invites you to align and flourish - to meet the rising energy of May with steadiness, clarity, and intention ✨
As the season moves into full bloom, life begins to feel more active, vibrant, and expansive. There’s excitement in the air - ideas, plans, movement, creativity. Yet in all this outward momentum, it’s easy to lose connection with our centre.
This session offers a space to pause amidst the brightness.
To ground.
To breathe.
To reconnect with your inner truth before the year accelerates.
Rather than pushing forward, we gently align first - so that whatever grows from here feels rooted, authentic, and sustainable.
As the nervous system adjusts to the increased pace and stimulation of the season, sound becomes a powerful support - helping you slow down, regulate, and return to yourself.
This session supports you to:
- Align with your inner rhythm as life becomes busier
- Ground yourself amidst rising energy and activity
- Reconnect with your creativity from a centred place
- Release overstimulation and mental noise
- Cultivate clarity and embodied confidence
- Create space for intentional growth and flourishing
You’ll simply lie down and allow waves of sound to wash over you. The therapeutic vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and percussion instruments work on every level - physical, mental, emotional, and energetic.
There’s no effort required - just close your eyes and let the sounds guide you into deep rest.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are provided so you can feel fully supported and comfortable throughout the session.
Laura draws on both Eastern sound healing traditions and Western sound therapy techniques to create a grounded, integrative experience for relaxation, reflection, and alignment.
✨ PLEASE ARRIVE 5–10 MINUTES EARLY. NO LATE ENTRY WILL BE PERMITTED. ✨
