Join Group Therapy!
Many people who appear to be coping on the outside are quietly carrying a sense of emptiness, disconnection, or isolation. In a fast-paced city like London, it’s easy to feel alone with difficult thoughts and emotions.
Group therapy can offer something unique: the opportunity to be heard, to hear others, and to recognise that you are not alone in what you are experiencing. Over time, what begins as a sense of emptiness can shift towards understanding, connection, and empathy.
Group therapy offers a confidential space where people can explore their experiences together and develop deeper insight into themselves and their relationships. The cost is £40 per session.
