Spring is a season of renewal — a natural moment to release what feels heavy and reconnect with a lighter, more energised version of yourself.
Spring Reset is a 2-hour guided experience designed to help you gently let go of what you’ve been carrying through the winter, and create space to move forward with more clarity, ease, and flow.
Through a combination of gentle yoga, Brazilian cacao, and an immersive sound journey, this session supports both physical relaxation and nervous system reset in a calm, grounded and welcoming environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This experience is designed as a gradual journey into rest and reconnection:
• Gentle, grounding yoga
A slow and accessible practice focused on releasing tension, improving mobility, and connecting breath with movement. Suitable for all levels.
• Cacao & Spring Reflection
From the inside out, guided by the medicine of cacao, this moment opens the heart and invites your inner wisdom to speak.
A serving of Brazilian cacao gently supports relaxation, focus, and receptivity, flowing into a guided journaling exercise to release what no longer serves you and set simple intentions for the season.
Together, cacao and reflection create a deeply connected, heart-opening experience, preparing you for the restorative sound journey that follows.
• Immersive sound journey
A deeply restorative sound experience using instruments such as handpan, gong, and singing bowls. The vibrations help the nervous system shift into a parasympathetic state, supporting deep rest and integration.
• Integration & closing
A gentle return with space to notice the effects of the practice and reconnect before stepping back into your day.

Details
• Yoga mats, blankets, and eye covers are provided
• Wear something you feel comfortable in for the practing yoga and for llying down for a soundbath. You may want to bring some layers to keep warm.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth session. The door will be closed 5 minutes after the event start time.
• Bring an open mind and a positive attitude as we experience deep relaxation.
• The asana practice is suitable for all levels beyond complete beginners
About Us
I’m Paula, co-founder of ONNI, yoga teacher, and a financial professional living and working in London. After 16 years across different roles, I experienced burnout during the pandemic. Yoga, rest, breathwork, and simple rituals helped me reconnect with myself and transform the way I live and work. After a transformative time in Rishikesh, India, I now share the rituals and practices that helped me heal and build healthier habits. My mission is to guide women toward a middle path where career and well-being can coexist. Through yoga, breathwork, and mindful rituals, I support women in restoring their energy, creating work-life balance, and caring for themselves in a more conscious way.
Manu is a Sound Healing Practitioner and Meditation Teacher with international training in Rishikesh, as well as a Mechanical Engineer with an MSc in Innovation. As a musician, I bring a unique approach by combining scientific principles with holistic wellness techniques to create transformative experiences. My work is designed especially for busy professionals, helping them reduce stress, increase focus, and restore energy through tailored sound therapy and meditation practices. By blending evidence-based methodologies with the healing power of sound, I guide individuals to achieve clarity, balance, and sustainable well-being amidst demanding work lives.
