Welcome spring by clearing away winter stress and embracing renewed energy and Chakra balancing led by trusted transformation expert Sallyann, award-winning wellness educator, Reiki Master Teacher, certified sound practitioner, and angel communicator.
This peaceful sound meditation combines the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls with the gentle practice of Reiki to create a deeply restorative experience for the mind, body, and spirit.
As nature begins a new season of growth, give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your own sense of balance and well-being. Please bring a yoga mat (suggested to also bring support pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable)
