Totally immerse yourself in the peaceful rural surroundings of the Perthshire countryside, nestled amongst moors, mountains and woodland.
This restorative and peaceful space offers a true opportunity to step back from everyday life and to fully unwind, surrounded by rare Scottish wildlife and the soothing sounds of the nearby stream and small waterfall.
Our day will be spent between The Wild Hive: a breathtaking cosy dome space - which boasts stunning views across the countryside and amazing acoustics - the cosy farmhouse bothy and surrounding farmland.
Delicious seasonal produce from local suppliers will be provided throughout the day, including a vegetarian lunch served in the farmhouse bothy.
Your restorative day includes:
- Arrive from 10:00am - Take in the views and quiet surroundings. Homemade herbal tea, nibbles and fruit bowl on arrival.
- 10:30am Morning session - grounding mindfulness meditation, 1-hour seasonal hatha yoga session (all levels) or guided mindful walk, journalling with seasonal prompts.
- 12:15pm Lunch - A beautiful seasonal vegetarian farmhouse lunch, freshly prepared with locally-sourced produce.
- 1:15pm Afternoon session - short mindful walk, introduction to the honey bees, meet the honey bees, followed by a soothing sound bath with Elspeth (SHA Diploma Level 2 qualified sound practitioner) in the spacious dome.
- 4:00-4:30pm Closing circle with tea and seasonal cake
Free time to journal, wander and explore in-between.

Contraindications for sound bath:
While a group soundbath is a safe way to experience therapeutic sound (the instruments aren't played directly on the body or close to the body), please note that this event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those with sound-induced epilepsy, or unmanaged bipolar or psychosis. Participants should not attend if they are under the influence of alcohol or non-medical drugs.
