Spring Into Yin, Meditation & AcupunctureClear Mind Studio X Sheng Works Chinese medicine
After the sell out success of our winter restoration yin, meditation and acupuncture series, Clear MInd Studio and Sheng Works Chinese Medicine are delighted to announce a new Spring Into Yin, Meditation & Acupuncture retreat for clearing out the stagnant winter energy and grounding your new intentions for spring, gifting yourself some deep rest and self connection ready for the warmer months.
Find relaxation in the warmth of a spring mini retreat without leaving Perth. Join us for a transformative afternoon where over 2 hours you will be guided by Priyanka in a relaxing and restorative Yin yoga practice followed by a calming meditation as Bree from local Maylands based Sheng Works Chinese Medicine clinic gently places acupuncture pins into areas of your body to help with grounding, anchoring and deep rest, balancing your body’s energy flow.
By stimulating specific points on the body, acupuncture can release physical and emotional blockages, promoting a sense of calm. The combination of acupuncture with Yin and meditation enhances the experience leaving you feeling peaceful and centred. Be prepared to release stress and re-energise your body & mind, anchoring you back into the feeling of calm. Quieting the mind and body from ‘flight or fright’ into growth, healing and creative mode.
No yoga or previous acupuncture experience necessary. Suitable for beginners.
There will be opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns or apprehensions prior to the session starting so that there’s no disturbance during the session.
What to expect:
Intro to session and therapists
60 minute relaxing Yin yoga class
Quiet savasana/ breath work while acupuncture pins are placed
Guided meditation with pins in place
Pins remove and gentle movement to wake up body
(2 hours in total)
