Spring Forward: Movement Experience
In celebration of International Women’s Day and the seasonal shift forward, this 2-hour workout and reflection experience is designed to help you build momentum while staying grounded—physically, mentally, and communally.
You’ll move through a hybrid workout experience hosted by three different instructors that includes:
- A dynamic warmup
- Dance-driven movement
- Strength training
- A reflective, intentional cooldown
- Opportunity to make a new fitness friend
This event is about taking up space, moving with intention, and being in community. You’re encouraged to engage at your own pace while sharing energy with other women who value strength, autonomy, and collective momentum.
- All levels are welcome.
