About this Event
Spring Equinox Sound Bath with Alicia Chasteau
Friday 20 March | 6.30–8.00pm
At Open Ealing. Ealing Broadway
As we move into the Spring Equinox, day and night meet in balance. It marks a natural turning point in the year when light begins to return and the body often starts to shift out of winter’s slower rhythm.
This seasonal transition can be a powerful moment to pause, reset and reconnect.
Join us for a nourishing evening of rest and sound, guided by restorative yoga teacher and sound practitioner Alicia Chasteau.
During this session you will be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and gentle percussion to guide the body into deep relaxation. Sound can help calm the nervous system, settle the mind and create space for the body to rest in a way that many of us rarely allow ourselves.
This session offers a simple but powerful invitation to slow down and receive. After the session, you are welcome to stay for a cup of herbal tea and a quiet moment before heading back into the evening.
Spring Equinox Reflection & Intention Guide
For those who would like to reflect on the seasonal shift, a Spring Equinox journalling sheet will also be available. This is completely optional and offers a few gentle prompts inspired by the turning of the seasons.
The Spring Equinox has long been seen as a time of balance and renewal, when daylight begins to expand and new growth starts to appear in nature. It can be a powerful moment to pause, reflect on what is emerging in your life, and set intentions for the months ahead.
