A gentle day to unfurl from the winter months as we arrive at this time of equal day & night, the start of Spring and a time of new growth. We'll start with Wild Circle, gathering around an outdoor firepit sharing conversation about what matters most to us and shrugging off the remaining cobwebs of winter.
We'll then gather for a locally grown & cooked lunch in the farmhouse dining room.
Completing with an afternoon of cold water immersion & sauna therapy experience. This day will be full of connection and community spirit, a joyful end to winter.
