About this Event
Join Bekah from Earthchild Remedies for the first foraging walk of the year, a 3-hour guided exploration of the wild, edible and medicinal plants emerging this season from 11am-2pm at South Norwood Country Park.
As we cross the threshold into spring, the land begins to wake.
Tender greens push through the soil, bitter leaves return to support our digestion and medicines that have been quietly waiting all winter begin to reappear.
Together we will:
🌱 Identify and ethically harvest spring herbs
🌱Taste wild greens and learn their properties
🌱 Explore how these plants support the body in seasonal transition
🌱 Sit in a meditative tea tasting
🌱Create your own herbal glycerite to take home
🌱 Experience simple breathwork to ground and restore your energy
This is your invitation to begin seeing the land differently and to build a deeper relationship with the land and to recognise what is growing around you, and what it might be offering.
Whether you’re completely new to foraging or looking to deepen your knowledge, this space is welcoming, grounded and interactive.
Expect fresh air, practical learning, gentle ritual and connection with lovely, like-minded people.
Spring is about emergence. Come and meet what’s emerging.
No prior knowledge is needed, just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
🌱 Sliding scale tickets: £30–£35
(Please choose the rate that feels accessible and supportive for you.)
One community-supported space is available for someone who would genuinely benefit but may not be able to attend otherwise. Please email if this is you.
