A blend of mindfulness, neuroscience, (light) meditation and practical self-development tools to help you feel calmer, clearer and more like yourself again.

I'm all about credible informality, having experienced first hand how powerful these techniques are for work and life. Just less tie dye and gongs, and no Mystic Meg style voice. You'll leave with practical habits for headspace, calm and clarity. Whatever is bothering you, come get unstuck, escape or recharge.
I am a qualified Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy teacher, Workplace Wellbeing Strategist and People Leader (although I focus on being a human first versus corporate type!)
