Spring Equinox Ceremony
The Spring Equinox is the moment when the Sun stands above the Earth’s equator and day and night become equal. For a brief moment the planet rests in balance between darkness and light.
From this point forward the light begins to grow again. In the language of astrology, the Sun enters Aries and the new zodiac cycle begins — a moment of initiation, courage, and emergence.
Many ancient cultures saw this as the moment to plant seeds — not only in the earth, but in consciousness.
Blue Lotus and Sound Alchemy
With the gentle support of Blue Lotus and a nourishing Sound Alchemy journey, you’ll be guided into a deeply receptive state. Here the mind becomes quieter, the body more open, and your intentions can land beneath the surface.
Sound journeys naturally support the brain in shifting into slower theta states, where the subconscious becomes more accessible. This makes it a powerful time to release what’s no longer needed and anchor new intentions with clarity, trust, and presence.

What to Expect
We will be sharing Blue Lotus tea and arriving gently into the body. You’ll be invited to anchor a clear intention—something to honour, release, or call forward as the year turns.
Once our intentions are set, you’ll be invited to lie down and immerse yourself in a transformative soundscape. Alchemy bowls, Earth-frequency gong, shamanic drum, and shruti box weave a spacious field of vibration that supports deep rest, inner vision, and quiet transformation.
Held within a grounded and protected container, you’re supported to cross the threshold with awareness.

Alchemy bowls offer emotional resonance, the Earth gong grounds the system, and shamanic drumming opens inner pathways. Each journey is unique – sometimes insight, sometimes release, sometimes deep rest. All experiences are welcome.
