The Spring Equinox Reset: A Workshop for Intention & Direction in 2026 is a gathering for women who want to harness the natural energy and vibrancy of spring and turn it into gold — making plans for the rest of 2026 without pressure, resolutions or reinvention. Just space to pause, reflect and ground into intentions that feel right.

We’ll soothe the nervous system, gently reflect on what’s been, release what’s ready to be left behind, and allow sustainable intentions to emerge naturally.

This Spring Equinox Reset is an invitation to do it differently.

Instead of rushing forward, we’ll slow down.

Instead of forcing clarity, we’ll create the conditions for it to arrive in its own time.

No presentations. No productivity plans. No expectation to share. Just a warm, supportive space to land gently.

During our time together, we’ll:

Reflect on the year you’ve just lived with honesty and compassion
Release what doesn’t need to come with you into this next chapter
Calm and regulate the nervous system
Allow intentions to form from a place of safety, clarity and self-trust

Venue Information

Our meeting will take place in the beautiful first-floor event space, with access to drinks and toilets. Please note that there is currently no disabled access to the first-floor space.

Food & Refreshments

I will provide some snacks and fruit, but please bring along whatever you would usually enjoy for lunch if you’d like to.
