Immerse yourself in the harmonious tones of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, drum, Gongs, voice & mantra, chimes, percussion & more.
Feel the vibrations resonate within you, calming your senses and promoting relaxation.
Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to sound healing, this event is open to everyone looking to experience serenity and inner peace.
Come celebrate the changing of the seasons and embrace the energy of spring with our Spring Equinox Soundbath. Deeply rejuvenating on all levels.
What to bring:
This session is best experienced laying down. Please bring your own floor mat/yoga mat, a blanket and head pillow for your ultimate ease laying on the floor for an extended period of time. Feel free to bring an eye mask or scarf to drape over the eyes to enhance the relaxation experience.
Bring a note pad and pen if you wish to journal any insights following the Soundbath Meditation.
if you prefer to be seated there is wall space or comfortable chairs .

The British Academy of Sound Therapy advises that Soundbaths may not be suitable for the following, so if you have any of these, please let Ahilya know prior to booking or attending a session.

🕉any of the following medical conditions: seizures, epilepsy, clinical depression, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
🕉any metal implants or plates in the body.
Please let Ahilya know if you have metal plates or implants.
TICKET DISCLAIMER: Please note all ticket sales are non-refundable but may however be transferred to another person who can attend in your absence, to be organised by you. Early notification to Ahilya would be most appreciated. The ticket transfer is only applicable for the date and session you have booked in for.
