Join us for an evening of balance; shedding old energy to make room for new life. A time to honour the body, the inner cycles and to tap into our innate power to grow and find our natural equilibrium.
Restorative Candlelit Yoga: a gentle practice for all levels balancing the breath, mind and body. Expect adjustments and specific guidance on postures throughout the class, beginning with breath-work and ending with meditation. This practice will guide you to get out of your mind and into your body, connecting with yourself to receive the sound healing on a deeper level. Yoga can be truly transformative for mental health, fitness levels and sleep quality.
A soundbath is an instrumental sequence which takes participants into a deep state of relaxation. The frequencies of the different instruments and the way they are played are designed to guide participants into an Altered State of Consciousness. The session begins with Himalayan Bowls, leading to Gong, and finishing with Crystal Bowls before a short sequence of therapeutic percussion which helps to lift participants out of the Altered State. In this state, numerous positive health benefits can be achieved, including lower blood pressure, reduced anxiety, and less mental and physical tension. It can improve mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and create more emotional and mental flexibility.

All mats, props, blankets and cushions are provided but do bring your own if you prefer and an eye mask if you would like to use one for the soundbath.
